GRADING SYSTEM:

We have storage units in 4 different quality grades - New (One Trip), Grade A WWT Used, Grade B WWT
Used and As-Is.

New (One Trip) Units
One trip units are just that they were built new and shipped overseas to the Unites States just one time. These are in the best
possible condition. They may have minor scratches and small dings from the shipping and handling process. These units are still in “Cargo Worthy” condition and a certification can be provided if necessary.
Grade A WWT Used (Wind and Water Tight)
Grade A Used Storage units are very good used units. They are in very-good structural condition, they are wind and water tight and the doors operate easily, the paint is still in good shape with minimal surface rust. The door seals and floors are also in very good condition. Grade A units are the units we purchase and use for our rental fleet. Most of our buyers purchase our Grade A WWT units after they compare our competitor’s units and our Grade B WWT units.
Grade B WWT Used (Wind and Water Tight)
Grade B Storage units are older then Grade A units and have seen much more use. They are dry units, though they may have more corrosion than the Grade A units or the doors may not operate easily or need some work. The door seals may have some dry rot or be missing in places and the floors may need some patching in places. Grade B units would be comparable with what our competition sells.
As-Is Used Units
As-is units are just that, sold as-is. These units will have some damage or issue that makes us sell them as-is. Some examples are; severely damage floors, bent doors, large holes, severe corrosion or extreme age.
